Please read this document carefully as it will provide important information about your reservation and rental, including what you need to bring to pick up the vehicle and what your responsibilities are.

You must carefully read the Rental Agreement provided at the time of pickup.


Reservation Management 

A reservation allows you to book a vehicle for "pickup" at a specific time, date, and office for a specific rental period. You must meet our Requirements to rent. This reservation is NOT a rental contract. At the vehicle pickup, you must accept and sign the Rental Agreement.

By making this reservation, you agree to receive a copy of the Reservation Conditions electronically via the email address you have provided.


"Prepaid" and "Pay at the Office" Reservations

With "prepaid" (online) reservations, you pay for the rental period at the time of booking. The reservation contract between you and Alquile un Coche en Canarias SLU (Turisprime Canarias) will be formalized when you accept the reservation conditions and authorize us to charge the "prepaid" amount to your credit card. For "pay at the office" reservations, you request the vehicle now but pay for it at the established pickup office. "Pay at the office" prices may be less competitive than "prepaid" prices.


Changing the Reservation 

You can change your reservation (whether it is a "prepaid" or "Pay at the office" reservation) at any time before the day you are supposed to pick up the vehicle by calling Reservations or managing your reservation online (if possible). You may be able to modify your reservation on the same day as pickup, but you will need to check with Reservations.

We will send you a booking confirmation email confirming the details of the new reservation and the new amount paid to the email address you provided.


All change requests are subject to availability and may involve a price change, as the reservation modification will be made at the prices available on the date of the change.


If the amount in the reservation at the end of the reservation is:


- More than the amount you paid, you will need to pay the difference. 

- Less than the amount you paid, the difference will be refunded. No charges apply for making the change itself.


Cancellations (all types of reservations) 

You can cancel your reservation at any time before the day you are supposed to pick up the vehicle by calling Reservations.

Depending on when you cancel, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

The rental price of the vehicle is calculated based on the dates and times you have requested for the start and end of the rental, the amount of time you are renting, and the type of vehicle requested.

Unless otherwise stated, the price also includes all costs you must pay, such as vehicle taxes, local taxes, and any additional office charges.


Included Services

Insurance with an economic deductible for damages Unlimited mileage The fuel policy is full - full. The vehicle is delivered full, and you return it in the same condition; otherwise, you will be charged for the consumed liters plus a refueling fee.


At Turisprime, it is necessary to pay a deposit before acquiring a rental vehicle. The amount depends on the group to which the vehicle belongs, as follows:

- Mini and Economy Groups: 350€

- Compact Group: 400€


Rental Requirements


Reservation Number 

You must bring the reservation number or the reservation confirmation email. This will help the office locate the details so you can get started as quickly as possible.


Driver's License 

We may refuse to allow a driver to operate a vehicle when:

- they do not have a valid driver's license

- for use in the rental country for the entire rental period they have not had a driver's license for the minimum period required by the rental office

- they are criminally sanctioned for offenses related to motor vehicle traffic 

- they do not meet our safety or credit checks. 


Please note that not all offices will accept a driver's license as a valid form of identification or address verification. In that case, the person renting the vehicle must provide proof of physical identity, such as a valid and current passport or identity card. Photo identification must be recognizable. Drivers must ensure that their personal postal address is listed in the Rental Agreement.


Payment Methods 

We generally accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards (in both cases, excluding prepaid cards). For more information, call Reservations.


Driver's Age Restrictions 

Drivers must be over 19 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.


Young Driver 

An additional charge will apply for drivers between 19 and 25 years old.


Unacceptable Behavior 

The rental office may refuse to rent to you or any person in your group if you behave in an unacceptable manner, such as if they believe the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you or anyone in your group displays abusive or threatening behavior towards their agents or other customers.



If there is no vehicle available in the group you have reserved, the rental office will try to find a vehicle from a higher group at no additional cost. If only a vehicle from a lower group is found, and you consent to renting that vehicle, you will only be charged the value of that vehicle. If you have already paid, you are entitled to a refund of the difference.

If no vehicles are available, you will, of course, be entitled to a full refund of any amount paid in advance.
